Miranda Jones is a Tiohtià:ke/Montréal-based artist. She folds multiple disciplines into her performance practice, like contemporary dance forms, vocal music, choir, radio, score-making and sculpture.
She makes performance with her collective (Harmony Needs More Than One) and Zuppa Co (The Archive of Missing Things). She makes music solo (Miranda’s Recital), with a band (Reading), with a song-writing group (Be Nice to Your Song), and a improvised singing group (tzakzeeka). She helps others make things as a dramaturge and curator.
Miranda works as a co-coordinator of Atelier La Coulée, a metal shop and foundry.
